Tip!
The ocean-themed pouch is meant to stay flat, so it is easiest to make it separately from the squishy. After tape-coating the stingray, cut it out, attach the front and back pieces, and fill it through the remaining gap before sealing it. Moderate stuffing is best so it fits comfortably into the pouch.
